MasterPlan assisted Adelaide Development Corporation in securing Planning Consent for a thoughtfully designed five-level mixed-use development in the Melbourne Street precinct, North Adelaide.
The development will deliver a mix of new dwellings, commercial space, parking and rooftop recreation facilities, contributing to the continued evolution of one of Adelaide's most established and sought-after urban precincts.
The design carefully balances the built form expectations of Melbourne Street with a sensitive response to the adjoining residential interface, creating a development that enhances the streetscape while supporting increased housing choice and local economic activity in a highly connected location less than two kilometres from the Adelaide CBD.
MasterPlan provided planning advice throughout the approval process, working alongside Adelaide Development Corporation, JPE Design Studio and the wider consultant team to achieve this outcome.
