Ken has undertaken statutory and strategic planning projects Australia-wide, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve excellence in outcomes. Ken is well-versed in mediation and negotiation across statutory and strategic town planning. His ability to engage with all-levels of stakeholders and bring them along for the journey, is based on considerable experience in multifaceted developments. 

In Ken’s opinion, the ‘black and white’ of planning policy is constantly being tested via evolving planning arguments, the setting of Court precedents and political considerations. As such the 'grey area' is constantly expanding, which demands a bespoke approach to each and every project in order to maximise client success.
