Description:
A new 16-storey mixed-use development at 162–168 Gouger Street, Adelaide is set to bring vibrancy to the west end of Gouger Street.
On behalf of Square Mile Properties, MasterPlan led the project through the Pre-Lodgement, Design Review, and State Government assessment process, supported by a team of consultants.
The approved development comprises 107 dwellings, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, along with extensive communal facilities for residents and three (3) new ground-level retail tenancies, contributing to the ongoing revitalisation of the precinct.
Designed by Bibbo Architects, the project delivers a high-quality architectural outcome that sets the tone for future development in this transitioning area.
This exciting addition to the cityscape, marks a strong step forward in shaping the next chapter of this part of this important part of the Adelaide CBD.
