Description:
MasterPlan assisted Territory Property Group in securing development approvals for a staged commercial development in the Palmerston CBD involving 23 tenancies for showroom sales or warehouse type uses.
MasterPlan successfully navigated the planning approval process, including responding to Requests for Information, which required targeted design amendments to achieve acceptable outcome for the built form in the context of the site’s prominent central location.
Following the consent process, our role extended to providing continued assistance to clear conditions and manage related subsequent change of use approvals within some of the building’s tenancies.
