Will is an experienced urban planning and development professional with over a decade across local government, consultancy, and development management roles in South-East Queensland. He brings strong skills in statutory planning, development assessment, feasibility, and master planning, supported by a commercial and outcome-driven mindset. 

He has worked within Noosa Council, Sunshine Coast Council, and specialist consultancies, managing a diverse range of residential, commercial, industrial, rural, renewable energy, and subdivision applications. Will also previously led his own boutique consultancy, delivering statutory planning, due diligence, subdivision design, master planning and development advisory services. 

Will also brings development management and construction-side experience on major infrastructure projects, with strengths in consultant coordination, procurement, DA management, contract administration and project controls—ensuring planning intent translates into feasible and deliverable outcomes.
