Valeria brings a creative, personable and solutions-focused approach to her role at Masterplan, assisting clients across a range of projects, from development feasibility advice, to managing complex development applications, and providing locum assessment services to a number of Councils across South Australia.

With qualifications in Architectural Design (Bachelor) and Urban and Regional Planning (Masters), Valeria draws on a broad range of experience and a sound understanding of design documentation, policy frameworks and the development assessment process across various sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and community.

Valeria understands that each project is unique, and believes that strong collaboration, clear communication and creative problem solving are essential to achieving successful outcomes.
