As the first point of contact at MasterPlan, Shipra manages front-desk operations and plays a key role in creating a warm and professional experience for clients and visitors. She supports a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth coordination of projects through document management, client communication, and general administrative support.
With previous experience in both government and customer-facing roles, Shipra is skilled in multitasking, handling confidential information, and maintaining professional relationships.
