Kyle has joined MasterPlan in 2025 following a 19-year career in Local and State Government. He is an experienced planner with a particular focus on development assessment and development facilitation. Kyle’s experience is primarily focussed on the facilitation of a broad range of development applications. He particularly enjoys identifying opportunities and constraints for clients and working collaboratively to achieve practical and well-considered outcomes.  

Kyle has experience in managing consultant teams with the preparation of documentation for development approvals. He has a keen eye for attention to detail and prides himself on presenting complex information in a clear and logical manner. Kyle has substantial experience presenting at Council Assessment Panel (CAP) meetings, and the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP). In addition, he has also provided expert evidence before the Environment, Resources and Development (ERD) Court.   

At MasterPlan, Kyle provides expertise in development facilitation across a variety of jurisdictions and sectors in addition to providing locum development assessment support to local council’s.
