Since 2024, MasterPlan has supported Luxury Pods and its clients with planning due diligence for more than 50 sites across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, and South Australia.
Working across multiple jurisdictions, MasterPlan provides early-stage advice to navigate differing state and local planning frameworks. This includes identifying applicable zones and overlays, clarifying land use pathways and levels of assessment, outlining likely technical requirements, and defining the steps required to secure planning approval.
This work provides clients with a clear understanding of feasibility, risk, and approval pathways prior to committing to development.
