Description:
MasterPlan assisted CIP Constructions and Hobson Engineering in securing planning consent for Hobson Engineering’s new Distribution Facility at East Arm, Darwin.
The site forms part of the Darwin Business Park development by the NT Land Development Corporation, a 200-hectare strategic industrial estate located in proximity to East Arm Wharf, the Marine Industry Park, and the Berrimah Freight Terminal.
The proposed development establishes a new storage and distribution facility for Hobson Engineering, an Australia-wide wholesale supplier of fasteners servicing industries including mining, construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
This represents another positive investment in the East Arm precinct and a strong outcome for the ongoing industrial and economic growth of the Northern Territory.
