Description:

MasterPlan assisted Adelaide Workers’ Homes (AWH) in securing a variation to an existing affordable accommodation approval at their Richmond site. The approval enables delivery of four additional three-storey apartment buildings, comprising 132 units, within landscaped grounds that provide open space amenity for current and future residents. The site is centrally located with convenient access to Hilton Shopping Centre, the West Torrens Council civic precinct and the Adelaide CBD.

AWH, established in 1898, is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing affordable housing. In partnership with residential developers and Government, AWH delivers housing initiatives that support Adelaide’s sustainable growth. Eligible tenants benefit from long-term rental accommodation at rents set 25% below market rate, in line with affordable housing provisions.
