Description:
MasterPlan assisted Precision Group in advancing its proposal to reimagine Adelaide Central Plaza on North Terrace. The development will deliver a 31-storey tower comprising more than 31,000 square metres of office space, together with a double-height lobby, retail and dining at ground level, and an active street frontage along Adelaide’s premier cultural boulevard.
Planning Consent was granted by the State Planning Commission on 3 September 2025. MasterPlan led the planning strategy and assessment process, working with Precision Group, PACT Architects and specialist consultants through pre-lodgement engagement, design review and agency referrals. This process ensured the proposal was consistent with the Planning and Design Code and obtained approval for a high-quality commercial project.
The design by PACT Architects was supported by the South Australian Government Architect, who recognised the architectural quality of the development, the premium commercial offering, and the contribution of an increased daytime population to this part of the city.
