Stewart, a Director of MasterPlan, showcases experience that includes the facilitation and assessment of varied and complex development applications together with the provision of development advice. Extensive experience across a broad range of Council jurisdictions places Stewart in a unique position to provide advice on residential, commercial, retail and office uses in a metropolitan and regional context.

Stewart’s broad experience has included the management of numerous greenfield land divisions, in addition to large commercial, industrial and retail developments. Stewart has also appeared as an expert witness before the Environment, Resource and Development Court on numerous occasions.

In addition to his Town Planning experience, Stewart has a background in property development and a particular interest in infill residential development.
