Nick has over 26 years’ experience spanning senior roles in local and state government and planning consultancies.

Nick’s core focus is strategic planning and major projects but has additional expertise in housing and community development. This has included: planning strategy and scheme reviews; the preparation and review of planning policy; development approvals and rezonings for major retail developments, as well as the preparation of urban design frameworks. Up until he joined MasterPlan, Nick worked in local government executive roles and brings additional knowledge and expertise with respect to corporate planning, property matters and governance.

Nick’s main attribute is in evaluating strategic projects at the earliest stages., He likes to think ‘outside the box’ to refine project methodologies so that they are clear, purposeful, and draw on the areas of expertise required.
