Mark is a senior member of MasterPlan’s NT office in Darwin. He has a strong focus on client satisfaction and strives to achieve the best possible outcome in a timely manner.

Coming from planning at State and Local Government levels, as well as having a background in construction and project management, Mark has a deep understanding of planning and scheduling projects. Having held a leading position in strategic and statutory planning at Litchfield Council, Mark has developed an in-depth understanding of the Territory’s planning system and its key stakeholders.

As a strong communicator, both oral and written, Mark is adept at presenting complex developments. He is also committed to providing accurate professional planning advice and maintaining a strong and valuable relationship with all clients.
