Kirsten joined MasterPlan following several years of working as a Planning Officer within Local Government in the south-east region of South Australia. In this role, Kirsten gained a great working knowledge of the State’s planning system.

Having worked in several different roles in Local Government and the not-for-profit sector, Kirsten also brings to MasterPlan extensive experience in the design and delivery of community engagement strategies, community planning and the review of community-based services and policy development.

Kirsten has a passion for engaging with communities. Her background gives her practical knowledge of traditional, face-to-face, and digital engagement techniques. Fused with a genuine desire to involve those affected by a given problem in the decision-making process, she has developed the skills necessary to critically analyse community and economic data to form an accurate picture of community need.
