With undergraduate qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning and a master's qualification in Engineering Project Management, Jasmine’s career spans over 8 years in the planning industry, gained in both Australia and New Zealand. Jasmine’s expertise encompasses development assessment, strategic planning, project management, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and customer service excellence.

Jasmine has also undertaken various planning and project management roles in a number of projects, including renewable energy and housing delivery, which involved complex planning and environmental issues, liaising with various specialists and external agencies (including government departments), and interpreting highly technical information.
